First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to write us your feedback. It is a great satisfaction for all of us to have pleased repeater guests like you, which return to our hotel year after year to enjoy their holidays. It is a pleasure to hear that you appreciated the service and the motivation of our staff again this year. We all do the utmost to provide our guests with the best possible service in order to create a successful holiday. We are sorry to hear that you felt that we changed something in our strategy this season, as we have not. In our hotel everybody was and is welcome and we strive to please everybody. Therefore it is disappointing to hear when we do not succeed. If you are looking for a quiet area, this year, we created an adults only area at our Palace Pool; maybe this is an area that is of interest to you. Regarding the Teens Club, we kindly would like to inform you that yesterday, the 12th of July, we started with the specific program for our teen guests. Before, as you also indicated, we did not have enough teens in our hotel in order to offer the program.
