Dear Erich, We would like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. Regarding your comment about the “old rooms” we would like to inform you that we are currently in the middle of a major renovation project in the hotel and when we finish, all the rooms will be renovated.
