Große sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Schwächen. positiv : waren die schönen Schattenplätze unter den Bäumen am Strand. schöne ruhige Abendatmosphäre genug Liegen immer ein Platz draußen zum Frühstück / Abendessen gutes Fitnessstudio negativ : viel zu lautes Zimmer ab 5:30 Uhr Lärm durch Klimaanlage / Gebläse vom Anlieferungstor / Küchentrakt Abends zu langweilig - keine Tanzmusik in der Anlage sehr hohe Getränkepreise
Leider hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer Econ. im 1.Stock Haupthaus zur Landseite. Wir haben extra ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Ausspannen haben wollen. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer über dem Küchentrakt mit Anlieferungstor und einer Klimaanlage / Gebläse welches so laut war , daß ab 5:30 Uhr an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Ohne Nachtruhe bis mindestens 7 Uhr nützt die beste Hotelanlage nichts. Dieses Zimmer entspricht in der Lautstärke keinem 5 Sterne Hotel !!!

Our whole team tries to provide our guests with excellent service, and it is always very heart-warming when this is recognized. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the room you stayed in. Please be informed that the Economy rooms have the same facilities as our standard twin rooms but are situated at less favorable parts of the hotel, e.g. on top of the Main Restaurant. As these room types are 20% cheaper than our standard twin rooms, we believe that the rate justifies their restrictions. Further to your comment about the charge of the drinks, we would like to inform you that we are a 5* hotel and the charges are in line with our hotel category. It is a pity we were not able to completely convince you during your stay. We would love to welcome you back again in the near future, maybe booking a different room type.
