We would like to thank you for taking the time to write us your kind feedback which we read with pleasure. We are happy that you enjoyed your holidays to the fullest here at Neptune Hotels. It is very nice to read that you appreciated our beautiful beach with the turquoise clear water. For the 15th consecutive year, our hotel beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and therefore we take much pride in keeping it in the best possible condition. Regarding the comment about the bathroom, we kindly inform you that we have already started renovating part of our rooms. Since last season we are proud to offer 94 newly renovated “Twin Deluxe” rooms. After closing the hotel at the end of October, we will continue the renovation to increase this number of rooms. These rooms will have a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in rain-shower. We are very sorry to hear about the toothpaste in your bathroom and we sincerely apologize for this. For a possible future stay, we kindly ask you to inform the reception or guest relations if you encounter a similar issue and they will immediately care about it.
