It is a great satisfaction for all of us to have pleased repeater guests like you, which return to our hotel time after time to enjoy their holidays. Regarding the matter of the check-in/check-out you are referring to, we would like to clarify that this is worldwide hotel practice. International the check-out time is around 12:00 hrs (sometimes even earlier) and check-in starts around 14:00 hrs. When someone wants to stay longer in their room on their departure day, we first check the availability to do this and if this is not possible in the booked room, we try to offer a different room. The € 50,00 paid is the day use for the room and this does not include any other facilities like dinner. In general, the half board package starts with dinner on the arrival day and ends with breakfast on the departure day. We hope to have been able to clarify the process. However, we regret that you were disappointed because of this issue.
