It is a great satisfaction for all of us to have pleased repeater guests like you, who return to our hotel to enjoy their holidays and we are very proud to hear that you recognized and appreciated the improvements we have done over the last two years. We regret to read that you were not completely satisfied with your received room. Please be informed that we have already started renovating part of our rooms. Since last season we are proud to offer 94 newly renovated rooms. After closing the hotel at the end of October, we will continue the renovation to increase this number with another 100 rooms. Please be aware that you can book this renovated room type specifically and is called “Twin Deluxe” rooms.
