APARTMENT A1 Private apartment in Banjole Apartment A1 is located in villa MaVeRo, located 150 m from the sea. From the balcony of the apartment you have a view to the sea and the beach in Vinkuranska vala. The apartment is 79 m2 and is located on the first floor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating radiators, wlan internet access (all included in the price). The apartment has a spacious hallway that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a working area fully equipped: hotplate electric, two cooking gas, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee brewing for German tourists, express coffee for Italian tourists. Living part of the kitchen is equipped with a large dining table with 4 chairs. In this part you will find TV with satellite on the wall. From the kitchen you can enter the terrace covered an awning, table for 4 persons, where they can dine and enjoy the outdoors. From this terrace you have a nice view to the beach, just 150 m from the villa. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, sink with toilet mirror, bidet and toilet bowl. In the apartment you have all necessary for Your good start in vacation: shampoos, detergents for hygiene, toilet paper, bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every third day), tablecloths, tea towels etc. APARTMENT A2 Apartment Banjole (Istria) On the first floor of villa MaVeRo, is located apartment ideal for 3 persons, size of apartment 59 m2. It is possible to accommodate one more person in agreement with the owner. The apartment consists of a spacious hallway, which leads to all rooms of the apartment. It is equipped with a dresser with mirror, built-in closet and a balcony for drying clothes. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160/200 cm, single bed 90/200 cm, chest of drawers, a dressing table and mirror. From the room you can come to the balcony with outdoor seating and a view of the entrance to the park of the villa full of flowering trees and seasonal flowers. The living room consists of a living room with bed/sofa size 80/200 cm, table with 4 chairs, sideboard with satellite TV. In addition it is possible to put additional bed of 80/200 cm. In the working part of the living room is a kitchen equipped with a stove with 2 gas and electric stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker for German guests, express coffee for the Italian visitors.
