Aus DeutschlandZimmerreinigung war gut. Essen ok, keine Abwechslung, geschmacklich nicht besonders gut. Service beim Essen nicht gut. Ständig keine Gläser, auf Nachfrage kamen dreckige Gläser mit Nutella beschmiert. Die Kellner lästern über Gäste. Bereits um 9uhr alle Liegen am Pool belegt. Preis- Leistungsverhälnis stimmt nicht. Animation abends aber auch tagsüber überwiegend lieblos. Themen wie Quize. Die meisten Cocktails nur gegen Aufpreis. Extrem viele Mücken abends. In der Gegend gibt es nicht wirklich etwas. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen für den Preis.

As for the lack of sun loungers, approaching a member of staff or reception would have easily solved this as there are more than enough for all our guest, we would have bought them to you. Yes, we also have paid cocktails but that is a choice as our All Inclusive menu is vast with many choices, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Mosquitoes are to be expected in our climate, it has been over 35 degrees with no rain for over 3 months, we are sorry this affected your holidays. It will be our pleasure to welcome you back.
