We are glad to hear you appreciated the cleanliness of the resort, the friendliness of our staff, and the peaceful atmosphere of the adults-only pool, especially in the evening. We would like to clarify your comments regarding Osteria. Firstly, please note that we do not offer an "All Inclusive" package. You may have been confused about the fact that Osteria serves breakfast exclusively for specific room categories. It appears that the room you booked did not include breakfast at Osteria. However, Osteria is an à la carte restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and it is open to all our guests, regardless of their meal plans. Regarding the deposit policy at check-in, please understand that it is a standard practice in many hotels worldwide. It is ultimately each guest's personal choice on how to approach this policy, as there are different options to choose from. If a guest decides not to leave a deposit or credit card, the option for room charges will be excluded. If anyone finds this inconvenient, it can be changed at any time at the Reception.
