We’re delighted to hear that you appreciated the upgrade as well as the location of our hotel, directly at the beach. Further to your comment about the extra charges for the Spa area and the a-la-carte restaurants, we would like to inform you that we are a Half Board hotel and not an All-Inclusive hotel, meaning that extra charges may apply. We clearly indicate which services will be charged on our website and also on the websites of the different Tour Operators this is clearly indicated. Therefore, we regret that this disturbed you.
