Tolles gepflegtes Hotel, alles Tip Top. Die Hotelanlage und die Gärten sind super schön angelegt. Das Personal immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten den Eindruck das die Mitarbeiter gerne im Neptune arbeiten. Buffet sehr reichhaltig, es fehlt an nichts. Zu unserem 25. Hochzeitstag haben wir auch eine Überraschung aufs Zimmer erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Die SPA-Behandlung war auch sehr gut. Es gibt genug Liegen an den Pools und am Strand. Die Sportangebote und die abendlichen Events sind auch toll. Für jeden Geschmack ist was dabei. Jeder hat die Möglichkeit etwas zu unternehmen oder die Ruhe zu genießen. Im Hotel sind alle Altersklassen vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, der Service war sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich.
