Tolle Anlage aber beim Buffet ein bisschen wuselig aufgrund der Hotelgröße und damit auch ein bisschen unpersönlich, da die Angestellten zwar laufen wie die Duracell-Hasen aber für Small-Talk weder Zeit ist noch wirkliches Interesse von Seiten der Mitarbeiter. It is very nice to read that you were so satisfied with your received room. Since last season we are proud to offer 94 newly renovated “Twin Deluxe” rooms. After closing the hotel at the end of October, we will continue the renovation to increase this number of rooms. We regret that the food offered in our main restaurant did not completely satisfy you. At the moment, we cater for almost 1100 guests and fortunately the great majority of our guests appreciate the quality and variety offered. Also, please be assured that we all try our best to give our guests the most comfortable and personal feeling possible despite this high number of guests. It is regrettable that we were not able to convince you to the fullest in this matter.
