Dear Thomas, Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to submit your review and for choosing Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa for your recent stay. We are really happy to read that you were so satisfied with your stay with us and especially you’re your accommodation, the extensive buffers and the friendliness of our staff. As we are now in the high season, you can expect a lot of hot weather, meaning that the water in our pools will be heated constantly by the sun. This means that the temperature of the water will increase and some of our guests like this, others don’t. As this is a natural phenomenon and as we cannot cool our water, we hope you still enjoyed using our pools, even though the temperature was a bit higher than you would like.
