Mich hat sehr enttäuscht, dass die Gäste keine Schutzmasken tragen müssen, aber das Personal sehr wohl.Corona ist für alle gefährlich, ich habe mich dadurch nicht sicher gefühlt.Komme erst wieder, wenn Corona überstanden ist. Schöne Lage, zum Teil renovierte Zimmer, sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage

Hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, Boxspringbett jedoch keine durchgehende Matratze, Betten schieben sich auseinander. Schönes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche.

War früher deutlich besser, das Essens Angebot wiederholt sich sehr häufig .In Corona Zeiten alles viel zu eng, da meistens nur eine Seite des Buffets bestückt war.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Am Restaurant Eingang, stand früher eine sehr freundliche und verbindliche Angestellte, inzwischen ist dies leider nicht mehr so. Auch legt man keinen Wert mehr auf lange Hosen, Badeschuhe sind auch kein Problem und das in einem Fünfsterne Hotel. Schade!!!

Please know that, upon request, our twin beds can be united into one Queen bed and if you decide to visit us again in the future, we will gladly arrange this for you if you let us know in advance. With regards to health & safety measures, we regret to hear that we were not able to convince you. We, at Neptune Hotels have taken all the necessary measures to offer carefree & safe holidays. Our action plan fully complies with the recommendations of Greece's public health organization and receives strong customer endorsement. Guests are requested to adhere to the hygiene and social distancing rules and our staff make sure the applicable rules are obeyed. Therefore, the use of a mask for our guests is not required, except in the designated areas. Of course, anyone that feels saver by wearing one is free to do so, even when it is not required.
