Dear Andreas, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Neptune Luxury Resort. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the beauty of our resort, the friendliness of our team, and enjoyed our stunning beach. We apologise that you felt there could have been more variety at our dinner buffet. We offer a different selection of Greek specialities and freshly prepared dishes each day, rotating our menu every ten days. We regret that you were unable to distinguish between the different options, although a large majority of our guests praise the variety we provide. While tastes vary, we respect your opinion on our offerings. Please note that our resort has two beach areas: one is protected, while the other offers direct access to the sea. It is possible that you visited the protected section, where the entrance to the water is naturally more limited. The beach with unrestricted access is located in front of our Troja Bar. Regarding the prices of our drinks, we believe they are reasonable considering our hotel’s category, the quality of products used, and the level of service we provide. We are sorry that you do not share this perspective. While we regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
