Dear Gibilras, We always appreciate it when our guests take the time to write a review and we would like to thank you for providing us with yours. We regret to hear that you did not appreciate our service as this is usually rated very high by all of our guests. In fact, for the great majority of our repeaters, it is the reason they return to our hotel year after year. We are a bit surprised about your comments with regards to the opening hours of our Fitness Centre and Spa. The Fitness Centre is open from 07:00 hrs. till 19:00 hrs. and our Spa is open from 09:30 hrs. till 19:30 hrs. and usually our guests find this is sufficient.
