Dear Volker, We would like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. We always aim to please all our guests and are more than glad that you found our services, the food we serve at all our restaurants and the entertainment, so impressive. Although we strive to find personnel that speaks both English as well as German, this, unfortunately, is not always possible. Our bike guide Michalis, who is a former Greek Mountain Bike Champion, speaks Greek and English and we believe that his capabilities are more important than the amount of languages he speaks; we hope you value this the same.
