We would like to extend my most sincere apologies to you for the inconveniences you encountered while staying at our Resort. Please, rest assured, our goal is to offer you a memorable experience and, in this sense, all your comments and concerns will be discussed with the departments involved. Moreover, we apologise if our gastronomy and entertainment were not up to the standards you expected. Food is always a matter of taste and we respect your opinion on this matter. Fortunately, the big majority of our guests rate our food very well. Regarding the entertainment and relevant comments, we would like to mention that the operation cost of a real 5* hotel is high and in our case, the majority of our guests indicate that they find the price/quality ratio fair.
