Dear Stefanie, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. We regret to hear that you felt you could not enjoy our outdoor pools to the fullest due to the temperature of the water. Please be informed that we daily measure the temperatures of all our pools and keep records of this. The measurements indicate that the temperatures of the water in our outdoor pools during the month of September varied from 27 to 34°C and our indoor pool was around 31°C. Although the majority of our guests indicate that they were able to enjoy our pools, we are sorry to hear that we were not able to completely satisfy you in this regard. For your information, we do offer service at the pools and beach, you can order through our hotel application and we will deliver the ordered to your sunbed, wherever it is situated. We provide a pool towel in your room upon arrival and this towel can be changed as many times you like at the towel exchange point or will be changed when you leave it on the floor in your bathroom.
