Dear Ingrid, Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your recent stay. We always enjoy welcoming back returning guests and we sincerely appreciate your ongoing loyalty and trust. However, we were disappointed to read that our Back Office staff didn't meet your expectations and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Although our staff makes every possible effort to fulfil all of our guests requests, we, unfortunately, cannot realize all of them. We are sorry that we were not able to realize yours, although fulfilling them is optional and always depends on the hotel’s availability. Nonetheless, thank you for bringing this point to our attention, we have taken it into consideration as it helps us to improve our services.
