Dear Monika, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. We are happy to read that you appreciated the friendliness of our staff as well as our service. Further to you comment about the cleanliness of the beach we are proud to say that this year, we received the “Blue Flag” award for the 17th consecutive year with regards to the condition of our beach. Unfortunately, it is hard to make a nice beach stroll without finding garbage, because as soon as you leave our hotel’s beach, there is no one responsible for cleaning the beach anymore. We are sorry to hear that you found our rooms “old”. We would like to inform you that we are currently in the middle of a major renovation project in the hotel and when we finish, all the rooms will be renovated. We do hope that after the complete renovation all our rooms will comply to your expectations.
