We would like to thank you for taking the time to write us your kind feedback. It is very nice to see that our delicious food, the sport and entertainment program as well as our Resort in general all contributed to the fact that you and your family enjoyed your holidays here at Neptune Hotels. Regarding the noise in the hallways, we would like to inform you that it was as specific group of teenagers that were causing this disturbance. It took us some time to track down their parents and once we did, we addressed their children’s behavior. They assured us that something similar will not happen again. We regret to hear that you were influenced by this incident and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. The hotel has a certain age, but it is very well maintained. Despite this, we have started renovation works. Since last season we are proud to offer 94 newly renovated rooms. After closing the hotel at the end of October, we will continue the renovation to increase this number with another 100 rooms. Please be aware that you can book this renovated room type specifically and is called “Twin Deluxe” rooms.
