Dear Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your holidays with us. We’re really happy when our guests take the time to write a review and yours will certainly inspire future travelers to visit our hotel and we thank you for that. Further to your comments about the dated room you stayed in, we would like to inform you that we are currently in the middle of a major renovation project in the hotel and when we finish, all the rooms will be renovated. We do hope that after the complete renovation all our rooms will comply to your expectations. Due to safety reasons, kite surfing is not allowed on our beach as this area is too close to the other bathing guests. Our personnel at the Sail & Surf Station gladly would have informed you where kite surfing is allowed on the island (as there are just a few places). It is correct that we only offer lactose free milk at our Main Restaurant and Main Lobby Bar, but you can always request it at any of our other restaurants or bars, we gladly make sure you get it there as well.
