Dear Pedro, Thank you for your review of your stay with us. We are delighted that you had a relaxing holiday at our hotel and that you enjoyed the great service and attentive staff. We are also pleased that you found the food rich and appealing and we appreciate your comments about the wide range of sports and leisure activities on offer. It is also a pleasure to know that you were pleased with our prime location and that you found our resort conveniently close to the airport without being disturbed by aircraft noise. However, we regret that your experience, as described in your title, was not up to your expectations, mainly because you were not satisfied with the standard room you stayed in. Although you booked the most basic room category we have, and our descriptions are crystal clear that this room has not been refurbished, please know that we offer a wide range of room options to suit every comfort and preference. We encourage you to explore the different room types available on your next visit as we are sure you will find a room that better suits your preferences. We are also sorry that you noticed a smell in your bathroom. We hope that you reported this to the staff so that we could address this issue immediately. Regarding your other comment, please be advised that the reusable plastic glasses are used for safety and sustainability reasons. We do not want broken glass around the pools or beach where people are usually barefoot. Also, the glasses in the lobby bar are easier to handle if someone accidentally breaks a glass.
