Dies ist ein Hotel wo hauptsächlich Familien mit kleinen Kindern Urlaub machen, der Lärmpegel ist entsprechend hoch. Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig, man muss gut zu Fuß sein. wir hatten ein Apartment in erster Reihe zum Strand, war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Das Haupt-Restaurant ähnelt ein Hauptbahnhof zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten, Gedränge, Wartezeiten und genervte Personal. Essen durchschnittlich. Man muss zwangläufig zu den kostenpflichtigen 3 Restaurants ausweichen.
Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in den Restaurants war das Personal unfreundlich, genervt und teilweise unhöflich (außer im griechischem Restaurant). ich war nicht das erste Mai in diesem Hotel, es hat sich negativ entwickelt. Vor meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ich eine Woche im Hotel Palazzo del Mare in Marmari mit super Personal und Service, da konnte ich den Unterschied direkt spuren.
Zum Flughafen Ca. 15 min . Außerhalb der Anlage gibt es nur einfache Kaffees und Restaurants sowie kleine Geschäfte. Man ist auf Taxi, bzw. Mietwagen angewiesen.

Es gibt 4 Pools , Plätze an den Pools waren selten frei. Animationen sehr laut, deshalb kann man am Pool kaum lesen.

Regarding the comment about the bathroom, we kindly inform you that we have already started renovating part of our rooms. Since last season we are proud to offer 94 newly renovated “Twin Deluxe” rooms. After closing the hotel at the end of October, we will continue the renovation to increase this number of rooms. We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the friendliness of part of our staff. The great majority of our guest especially praise the friendliness and attentiveness of our staff and therefore it is disappointing to read that you do not share this opinion. Further, we are surprised to read that you could not find a quiet place at one of our 4 outdoor pools. Only one pool is visited by the entertainment team and only at this pool we offer the sports activities like water gym and water polo. Since this season, we even offer an “adults only” pool to provide our guests that wish this with more peace and quiet. We regret that we were not able to convince you during this visit and we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again at Neptune Hotels Resort, Convention Centre & Spa and until then, we wish you all the best.
