Das Hotel wirkt sofort einladend. Alles ist gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt und mit vielen Bars, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Pools ausgestattet.
Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer( Swimm-up) hatte eine eigene Terasse und einen Zugang zum Pool. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Minibar mit alkoholfreien Getränken und Bier aufgefüllt.
Exellent- auch vegane und vegetarische Gerichte werden angeboten. Es ist möglich dort den ganzen Tag zu essen und sich etwas zu trinken zu holen.

Das Hotel hat eine direkte Strandlage und ist sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Bars und eine Diving-Center. Um nach Santa Maria zu kommen muss man aber ein Taxi nutzen.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Poolanlagen sind sauber und gut instant gehalten. Man kann sich täglich saubere Handtücher holen. Von morgens bis abends gibt es Animation, aber ohne dass es laut und aufdringlich wirkt.
