erster Zustand sauber, wenn man genau hinschaut entdeckt man die eine oder andere Kakerlake. Familien mit Kinder werden "Separiert" gehalten. Am Splash Pool gibt es keine Getränkemöglichkeit für die Eltern und Kinder. Eltern mit Kindern unter 13 dürfen nur im Poseidon Restaurant essen, der von den deutschen Urlaubern liebevoll Kakerlaken Bunker genannt wird.
Zimmer gut und sauber. Toilette mitten im Raum,nur getrennt durch einen Milchglasscheibe. Da muss man sich gut kennen ;)
Kakerlaken im Restaurant. Keine gute Auswahl sehr auf englische und französische Gäste ausgelegt. Eltern mit Kind wurden regelrecht separiert gehalten. Die Bars machten einfach zu und dann irgendwann an anderer Stelle wieder auf.

Boa...Daumen runter. Mietet euch ein Auto und erkundet die Insel. Die ist jedenfalls schön, wenn man das richtige Hotel erwischt kann es sogar traumhaft sein.

Dear Yve, first of all sorry if I reply you in English, but my German is not good enough. We are happy you liked our staff treatment and the cleanness of the room. However, we are sad to know that your holiday was not the way you have expected. Concerning the restaurant, we have two different ones: one for families (bigger table, highchairs, kids buffet...) and one for adults. We have even a terrace where everybody can seat and serve themselves from any buffets. Sorry if you did not like our idea to separate family from couples. About the entertainment, you said thumbs down. We are really sad about that. Our entertainment staff is working really hard all the time, and almost all clients appreciate their efforts and their shows. Lastly, because of the terrain and climatic conditions, on Lanzarote we have cockroaches, and in summer they are more present. In this way we really try to control them doing frequent fumigations and follow the sanity standards with chimic products that also could affect.
