Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch hat der Teppich unangenehm gerochen und hatte Flecken. Obwohl wir uns beschwert haben, wurde nichts getan. Gebucht haben wir die Reise vom 9.5 bis zum 15.5. Angekommen sind wir am 10.5 nachts um 2 Uhr. Unsere Abreise begann am 14.5 gegen 20 Uhr. An diesem Tag bekamen wir nur ein Frühstück. Obwohl wir also eine Woche gebucht haben, konnten wir nur 4 Tage unsere bezahlte Verpflegung in Anspruch nehmen. Gebucht war bis zum 15.5 , doch wir mussten am 14.5 um 12 Uhr auschecken. Dieser Vorfall hat uns sehr geärgert und enttäuscht.

Regarding your concern on the duration of your stay, please note that all guests are accommodated as per their original bookings and as per the standard check-in & check-out timings. We do offer early check-in & late check-out, which is subject to availability. We have check our records & haven’t find any record for a guest whom was checked-out before the original booking date. However, we apologize for any misunderstanding & disappointment. I’ll share your feedback with the team here and rest assured, we’ll take your comments on board and where possible, look to make improvements.
