Dear Guest We would like to thank you for your review following your stay with us, although some of your comments were quite disappointing. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is very clearly stated in all Tour Operators' brochures as well as online, that the hotel is located in a quiet area of the resort away from the hustle and bustle of the city center which is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. You can also see the actual distance between the hotel and the city center on Google’s map. With regards to your room, we are pleased to inform you that all the remaining standard rooms will be renovated during the winter period.
