Zur Zeit kann man vor diesem Hotel nur warnen, da ein großes gesundheitliches Problem in Form eines aggressiven Magen-Darm Virus besteht, welches vom Hotel verschwiegen wird. Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine gute Lage und einen schönen Garten
Zu unsrem Zeitpunkt war es kalt und windig. Keine Möglichkeit die Klimaanlage warm einzustellen. Die Zimmer waren sehr feucht. Negativ auch der Teppichboden, welcher während unseres Aufenthaltes desinfiziert werden musste aufgrund des Virus, von dem wohl kaum einer verschont blieb.
Sehr fades Essen, auch nicht abwechslungsreich, alles hat sich schon nach einer Woche wiederholt.
Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit
Relativ schnell nach Funchal , auch mit einem hoteleigenen Shuttle.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as we would like,. with the bad weather that we had two weeks ago there was an increase in viral activity on the Island situation that made us reenforce all our preventive measures in order to avoid it becoming a health issue. Although we did also have some cases in the hotel I can not say it was a major health situation and therefore not a reason to alarm the hotel.
