Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig mit diesem Hotel !!! Nach zwei Nächten mussten wir uns ärztlich behandeln lassen !! Es gab aggressive Wanzen (Bettwanzen) in den Zimmern, die uns gebissen haben - das Hotel hat die Verantwortung dafür abgelehnt. Es kann um Ihre Gesundheit gehen. Dear Premysl, thank you for your comment. As we said earlier, we are very sorry about your physical trauma during your holiday. From the Medical Certificate we were informed that your bites are not from bedbugs but they are result from unspecified allergic reaction – this bites can be from beach flies or any other kind of bugs on the beach or anywhere, but not bedbugs. Anti-insect company came and checked both of the rooms that you have been accommodated during your stay.The company have stated that there are no needs for disinfection because there are no insects in the room, no bedbugs or any kind of bugs. Even without disinfection we still don’t have any complaints and issues by next guests using the same rooms, almost one month has passed. Picture Number 1 is very small spot dust which is zoomed and after mixing with water by bathing it looks dirty, but this for sure is not bedbugs egg because they cannot have population in the bathroom. Picture Number 3 is from our backyard where we put the garbage and picture number 4 is from the balcony room. All of the pictures has nothing connected with bedbugs. Based on the protocols we have from anti insect company we have hired twice for this case, the medical protocol you have received here in Albena and NO any other same or even similar complaints from other guests in Laguna Garden and not any single one from other guests being in those 2 rooms we believe you will agree we did everything what was necessary to help you and find a solution by moving you to another hotel.
