Das Hotel wäre für uns optimal gewesen, aber es erfüllte in keinster Weise das, was im Prospekt vermittelt wurde. Unorganisiert an der Rezeption und dabei noch arrogant!
Achtung bei der Zimmerauswahl! Das Hotel verfügt über eine große Anzahl an schlechten Zimmern. - nach Vorne raus zu laut, weil Lieferantenzufahrt, Müllabfuhr und ein „Generator“ mit 24 Stunden Lärm - innenliegende Zimmer ohne Zugang zu Garten / Balkon (liebevoll Basicrooms genannt) - Zimmer auf der Ebene Minus 2 ohne Aufzug und mit Blick auf eine 2 m hohe Mauer bis Straßenniveau Zimmer werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip vergeben!
Frühstück gut; Abendessen Matschgemüse und zähes Fleisch
Service im Speisesaal sehr gut, Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft
Für uns gut. Fahrt vom Flughafen Süd ca. 30 Minuten.
