We apologise if in certain days the room cleaning was not up to our standards, we will address your words to the Housekeeping chief to be more careful and avoid problems in the future. In regard the room allocation, we offer different kind of rooms with different characteristics and prices, all posted in our official web page, we are always available to give all the informations you need before the booking and to advice the best option for you. The only room category without balcony is the Double Basic Room, that you booked, all the others are with balcony, knowing your taste in advance we could have offer you a better accommodation. We are happy to read you enjoyed our location in front of the beach and near everything you can desire during your holiday. We hope to get the opportunity to see you again in the not too far future !
