Von aussen sieht das Hotel wirklich gut aus. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind unfreundlich. Ich habe schon in den einzelnen Verzeichnissen gesagt was Sache ist.
Sehr gute Betten, haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Ich habe ein Schmuckstück im Zimmer vergessen. Ich habe das Hotel angeschrieben, jedoch wird behauptet, dass es nicht im Zimmer war. Da ich mein Gepäck 2 mal durchsucht habe und es nicht auffindbar ist, wirkt die Behauptung, dass Sie das Schmuckstück nicht gefunden haben sehr Interessant. Dazu kommt, dass ich ganz genau gesagt habe wo ich das Schmuckstück vergessen habe.
Essen wird serviert, ausgewählte Tage gibt es Buffet. Einzelne Tage sind Events geplant, jedoch muss IMMER dazugezahlt werden. bis zu 32 Euro und dies trotz Halbpension. Finden wir nicht in Ordnung
Als wir gekommen sind war das Zimmer nicht fertig, war auch in Ordnung, Check in war ab 14.00 wir waren um 13.00 dort. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass das Zimmer in 1 Stunde fertig ist. Als wir wieder gekommen sind, sagte uns die Mitarbeiterin Tatjana, dass es nochmals 20 Min dauern wird. Als wir nach 20 Min wieder kamen, hat uns die Mitarbeiterin Tatjana ziemlich unfreundlich nach unseren Namen gefragt, da wir diese nicht gesagt haben, einfach aus dem Grund da wir dachten Sie kennt uns nach 20 Minuten noch. Sie sagte ob wir meinen Sie kenne uns noch es habe so viele Gäste..................Danach wurde uns das Zimmer zugwiesen und im Schnellzugstempo erklärt wo was ist. Wir mussten danach weil wir nicht wirklich wussten was wo ist nochmals bei anderen Mitarbeitern erkundigen. Wir finden, der erste Eindruck zählt solche Mitarbeiter haben am Empfang nichts zu suchen.
