Aus DeutschlandWenn an den Klimaanlagen und den Gartenliegen Schimmel sichtbar ist, kann man niemals 5 Sterne vergeben. Unhbedingt Meerseite buchen (nach Süden) und nicht in der Hauptsaison fahren, vielleicht ist dann auch das Personal freundlicher und nicht so gehetzt.
Straßenseitiges Zimmer. Enge Duschbadewanne; Zimmer z.T. um 16h noch nicht gereinigt. Wegen der Hitze im August lief die Klimaanlage auch nachts, was den Verkehrslärm relativierte.
Qualität der Speisen unüblich für ein 5 Sternehotel. Im Restaurant fehlt die Weinkarte.
Freundlichkeit des Personals wechselhaft. Die Bitte, das Raucherzimmer zur Straßenseite durch ein anderes ersetzt zu bekommen, wurde ignoriert. Beim Essen ist man stets auf der Flucht: Die Kellner sind darauf spezialisiert, die Teller möglichst schnell abzuräumen.
Hotel an lauter Durchgangsstraße (Larnaca - Paralimni) gelegen. LKWs, Busse, Motorräder und Quads fahren tags und nachts.

Der Sandstrand liegt direkt beim Hotel; die Gartenanlage ist hübsch gestaltet. Die Vergabe der Liegen ist vorbildlich. Der Outdoor-Pool zum Schwimmen (im August) ungeeignet; der Indoor-Pool eignet sich mit einer max. Wassertiefe von 1,10m ebenfalls nicht zum Schwimmen.

Thank you very much for your feed back. We feel that the review is very unfair for the hotel and as the hotel manager and hotel team leader need to make some comments: -The hotel is situated on one of the nicest sandy beaches of the island. It is NOT on the main road between Larnaca-Paralimni but 50 meters away from a side road at the east end of Ayia Napa (land view rooms). The sea view rooms are 30 meters from the beach! - The request for a quite, no smoking room was accommodaed as the ALL our hotel rooms are NON SMOKING and the allocated room was on a high floor and away from the elevator. Unfortunately the reservation was for a land view room and not a sea view. -The restaurant has a wine card with a variety of local and international wines. The head waiters Always suggest and recomment an appropriate wine to their guests. Checking with the our head waiter I noticed that during the duration of your stay (2 weeks) never made use of our wines. - Our asset is our people and our staff is very higly praised in every guest review.
