Das Zimmer war klein, alte Möbeln, nur eine Steckdose, als zweites Bett diente ein Sofa mit einem Zusatzteil, das immer außei andergefahren ist; alte, laute Klima; ein sehr kleines, altes Badezimmer

Vom Flughafen 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt. Unerwartete Kosten für Kinderspielplatz (nicht benutzt), Minigolfspielplatz (nicht benutzt) und Internet (das nicht funktioniert hat!!!). Nichts in der Nähe vom Hotel. Das Meer war die ersten Tage sehr dräckig: voll mit Meerespflanzen, Plastik, Müll... Der Strand war mit großen Steinen bedeckt, sogar mit den Schuhen war es sehr erschwerlich, ins Wasser zu gehen, starke Verletzungsgefahr!!! Für kleinere Kinder völlig ungeeignet. Familien mit Kindern verbringen die Zeit am Pool, aber dafür braucht man nicht nach Sizilien zu fliegen.

We take your comments regarding the room's condition and the lack of electrical outlets very seriously. Regarding the additional costs you mentioned, we apologize if these were not clearly communicated. These fees (often referred to as a "Club Card") cover the overall availability of our resort's facilities, including the pool, entertainment, and sports areas, regardless of individual usage. We also regret the technical issues you experienced with the Wi-Fi; our IT team is working to stabilize the signal across the entire grounds. As for the beach, being a natural environment, its condition can unfortunately be affected by tides and currents, which sometimes bring in seaweed or debris. While the pebbly nature of our coastline is a characteristic of this part of Sicily, we understand it can be challenging, especially for families with small children. We are glad that you at least enjoyed the pool area, the fitness activities, and our evening music. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with a significantly improved experience.
