Sehr schönes Hotel sehr schönes Zimmer aber nicht für ältere Paare die eher Ruhe suchen geeignet.Sehr viele Kinder sehr laut .Teilweise Kinder nicht gut erzogen.Waren aber auch sehr oft sich selber überlassen weil Eltern meinen das das Handy wichtiger ist.Sehr lange Wege zum Buffet.Kinder matschten oft im Essen rum da keine Kontrolle war.Auch seitens des Personals nicht.Getränke muss man sich Abens selber holen.Nicht 5 Sterne würdig

We are really sad to find that you did not have the vacation as expected! Once again we are dealing with disappointment based on expectations which happen to be different than the description of the hotel promotes - we are a large Family friendly resort with the appropriate amenities and tools to provide a lovely Family vacation, including facilities and activities for children. We have ensured that the demands and the needs of the families with and without children would not be in conflict (e.g. the Adult Only Pool area), with one exception - the Buffet Restaurant. Under normal circumstances the Children should be seated in their own designated area with specially designed buffet and should not be running around unsupervised, however due to Covid-19 the small buffet is inoperable and can not be used, that is why in peak hours the buffet area may seem somewhat busy with children, especially the Pizza oven and the Ice-Cream buffet. The Staff can only advise the parents to supervise their children closely but this is not always with 100% success. Speaking of 5-star service you should keep in mind that the global pandemic has required serious limitations to the intended services and all restaurants and hotels are trying to find the best formula to beat those limitations and offer the best service under those circumstances. We understand, that some aspects of the service might not as expected, but you, as a Guest, should be aware of the situation and be more understanding to the efforts and the adjustments in the services, which we all should take into consideration. Our A la carte restaurants provide personalized high-end service, but the Buffet restaurants serve to a different criteria and should not be expected to be fully equal as a general philosophy. We are sure, that taking the time to profoundly familiarize yourselves with the given vacation property ahead of time would save some disappointment. Despite the negative feedback we really hope that we have rested well with us and the mentioned shortcomings have not left their mark on your overall vacation experience.
