Top hotel & top service. Reception and all staff very friendly. Room was very large with a large TV also bed was quite high ( which was ideal for older people). The Breakfast was very good. The Evening cold Buffet had a good variety of food. The only thing which needed improvement was the "show cooking section"the meat was very tough & no flavour, even with the "blunt"knives one could not cut thro'( I presume the meat before was frozen, and after defrosting it should have been dried before putting on the grill). Also the Noodle show cooking was very boring and did not have any spices whatsoever. With a few spices one can change a simple meal into a great meal.This does not cost more. A great pity, the food was there, it just needed cooking properly with a few spices. ( just for INFO...One always seem to blame the english people staying in the Hotels when the food does not taste good, in fact the English supermarkets have much more to offer than the german supermarkets, also the WorldsTOP Restaurants are now in London. The times have changed since the 1960's.I should know being English living in Germany for now over 35 years). This is the only complaint I have, otherwise a top and friendly hotel. (For the sick people in wheelchairs, they had a special reserved section near thr swimming pool, this I will give 10 out of 10 points, very good).
