Es ist bei weitem kein 5-sterne-Hotel. Höchstens 3! Essen mittelmässig, Sauberkeit auch. Service beim Frühstück eher schlecht, musste Tisch selber putzen weil nie jemand kam. Die Lage zum Meer ist sehr gut. Den Strand putzen sie jedoch nie, nach einer Woche lag immer noch derselbe Abfall rum wie am ersten Tag. Ich hatte zudem auf Schweizer oder Deutsche Kinder gehofft, für meine Tochter. Es hatte jedoch nur Russen. Das Personal war mässig freundlich und bis Mitternacht gabs Lärm vom Nachbarhotel (Animation).
Wenn man nicht zu genau hinschaut, ok.
Es ist halt Buffet-Food. Nicht spektakulär.
Beim Frühstück schlimm, Reception war ok.

It is truly unfortunate to read that you had an overall disappointing experience, and that you found many aspects unsatisfactory during your stay. Please rest assured that your remarks regarding the restaurant service and the housekeeping operations will be looked into with great attention and interest. On a similar note, I am saddened to read that your daughter was not able to interact with fellow German children during your stay; however I reassure you that our clientele base consists of various nationalities, including Russian, Israeli, English, Asian and German citizens, amongst many others. Furthermore, I am displeased to read that you were not satisfied with the breakfast offerings, considering that the Chefs do their utmost to ensure a big variety of delicious options, which may satisfy all dietary preferences. In regards to your comment about the beach, I would like to inform you that the Head of the department has already taken more stringent measures to ensure cleanliness. Nevertheless, should you have any suggestions on how the Golden Bay may improve its product, and particularly its food offerings, please do let us know, as it would be a delight to read through your remarks.
