Dear Urlauber, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. We understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter issues with the all-inclusive package, especially with the lack of a drinks menu and the absence of open bars. Unfortunately, We have the Fujairah government restriction to serve Alcohol during the day during the Month of Ramadan which we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused but we have to abide by the country and Emirate rule.
