Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites

Dear Guest On behalf of the Management we would like to thank you for your review, although your comments were quite disappointing. We are very proud, however, that up until now, the majority of our Guests feel exactly the opposite (especially about our breakfast and dinner variety) and this is why they have been voting us as a Top Hotel, currently holding the 2nd position in Ayia Napa and Cyprus. With regards to your room, we are pleased to inform you that the remaining standard rooms will be renovated during the winter period. Our national category is 3-stars and we never lied about it. However, because of the continuous renovations, quality food and high standards of the service, all Tour Operators are classifying our Hotel as 4+. We are happy for that and we believe we are worth it. For the beach arrangements, unfortunately the Hotel or any Hotel in Cyprus cannot be blamed as the beaches are public and therefore cannot be responsible for the services and facilities provided by others.
