Einrichtung des öffentlichenbereichs des Hotels, Atmosphäre durch die Pflanzen. Einzelne Angestellte fielen durch ihre Freundlichkeit positiv auf. Service in der Grand suite war super! Buffet deckt alle Wünsche ab. Personal das einem weder grüsst noch eines Blickes würdigt, wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Lärm durch Nachbarn und Servicepersonal. Badezimmer in der Grand suite scheinen sehr alt und wirken daher etwas unsauber. Essenskarte ist noch die selbe wie vor 2 Jahren.. Etwas kreativer Wechsel wäre toll. Adults only hält das Hotel nicht ein.
