Als unpassend emfanden wir, dass bei einem All-inclusive Urlaub vor Ort noch ein weiteres Upgrade verkauft werden möchte. Von einem All-inclusive Urlaub erwarte ich, dass auch alles inklusive ist. Aufgrund des möglichen Updates ist es teilweise recht unübersichtlich welche Lokalitäten man wann und wie oft ohne Upgrade besuchen darf. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
