Paradies für Fertiggerichten Liebhaber!!! man wird nicht verhungern, da die Auswahl groß ist und die Mengen üppig,aber Abends könnte der koch weniger kochen , dafür aber frisch.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Strand katastrophal.......klein und vorallem dreckig / Tang,Abfall - keiner räumt auf. Das Wasser trüb und stellenweise Gelb... Abends kleine Cafes und restaurants. Da Ibiza klein ist, gute Lage alles schnell zu erreichen - Europcar im Hotel, sonst einige Anbieter vor Ort

Pool......klein, die Liegen zusammengequetscht ohne freiraum, dazu von morgens bis abends mit handtüchern belegt ohne, daß einer vom Personal reagiert

Dear Radek. Thank you for your feedback. All your good and bad comments always help us to improve our services. Regarding your comment about the food, we always try our very best to offer a good selection of food always varied and of a good quality. This way we take note of all commented in order to improve this service. Regarding your comment about the sunbed situation, our management have now introduced a new system, whereby all sunbeds have to be vacated by 19.00hrs each evening and they are then collected in order to allow the area to be cleaned thoroughly. Any towels left on sunbeds are removed after this time and can be collected at reception. The sunbeds are then replaced the following morning but nobody is permitted access until a certain time. At the moment this system seems to be working fine but we will be keeping a close eye on the situation. On the other hand, we take note of all point rated somewhat lower to improve them in the future. Once again thank you for your feedback and we hope you give us the chance to accommodate you again.
