Modern eingerichtetes, neu renoviertes Hotel mit herrlicher Parkanlage (Quinta). Liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum Funchal, aber mit dem Mietwagen kein Problem. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit toller Terasse. Dass man einen Madeira Wein als Begrüßungstrunk bekommt fanden wir klasse.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for you comment and the attention. We are happy to inform you that the Hotel Quinta Jardim da Serra closed its doors in the end of the year 2012 and reopened as Hotel Quinta da Serra in July 2014. The hotel is completely refurbished and restored with a new ownership and management and a new gourmet Chef that offers an international and local organic cuisine with a contemporary twist. On this note we would like to let you know that the most of the difficulties and technical hitches the hotel had, were fixed, removed and taken care off. We had a 14 months period of hard work to reshape all the buildings and surroundings, and mainly the concept of the hotel, which has now a BIO and eco-friendly approach. Therefore I hope we can welcome you once again in a new Hotel Quinta da Serra and show you the glory, prestige and wellbeing of a new hotel.
