Aus DeutschlandLaut & hellhörig, in die Jahre gekommen, Essen ist nicht abwechslungsreich, aber das Personal ist wirklich toll (darum noch 2 von 6 Punkten). Die Entfernung zum Flughafen (2,5 km beziehen sich auf dem Fahrweg - das Gebäude könnte kaum näher an der Landebahn liegen) ist definitiv ein Minuspunkt.
Verlebt, und das Design war … speziell. Grau, Weiß und Dunkelrot im Bad; Grau, Silber, Ocker im Zimmer. Das alles wirkte nicht wie aus einem Guss. Aber man ist ja nicht auf der Insel, um den ganzen Tag im Zimmer zu verbringen. Der Superior Raum hat einen sehr großen Balkon, auf dem 2 Plastikstühle und 1 Tisch stehen. Und man fragt sich unweigerlich, wofür der Architekt die ca. 16 qm Fläche geplant hatte. Die Räume führen in den nach oben offenen Innenraum - dort sind in einem Trakt (Richtung Flughafen) die Restaurants untergebracht, und das hört man, weil es keineswegs schallisoliert ist. Und das obere Dach lässt den Fluglärm durch.
Jeden Tag exakt das gleiche Essen. Kaffee gibt es am Automaten und dieser ist wirklich langsam, also Geduld mitbringen.
Das Personal ist eindeutig der Pluspunkt des Hotels. Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, und am Empfang sprechen viele Angestellte auch Englisch.
Jedem, der dieses Hotel bucht, muss klar sein, dass es in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt. D.h. jeder Start und jede Landung ist mitzuverfolgen. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage direkt am Strand toll, allerdings landen alle paar Minuten Flugzeuge.

Animation gibt es den ganzen Tag - wem‘s gefällt. Wer einfach nur entspannt am Pool liegen möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel suchen, denn hier läuft ständig Musik wegen eines der Freizeitangebote. Wer den Tag mit Wassersport, Minigolf, etc bespaßt werden möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Es gibt einen Spa-Bereich, der allerdings nicht im Pauschalpreis enthalten ist (habe ich nicht genutzt und kann es darum nicht bewerten).
