Hello Ms. Fatosh, First of all, thank you for the feedback given for the stay in our hotel and very sorry to here that we could not fullfill your expectation. We do really pay attention to our guests feedbacks and renovate and upgrade the area if necessery. For 2016 Summer we have 63 new bathrooms, upgraded hotwater pipeline and system. upgraded free wifi system. New pool area. Please check the pictures for the upgrages. In Didim Hotel area we have been providing best accomodation for the best price. we need your support to survive we are doing our best to do so. in the area more than 6 hotel broken down and turned into apartments and there will be more next year. There will be only all inclusive 5 star hotels.
