Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Anlage und einen wunderschönen Privatstrand. Das Mieten der grossen Sonnenschirme am Strand ist mit 80€ teuer. Das Essen ear jeden Tag frisch und ausgezeichnet und wir wurden vom Hotelmanagment einmal zum a la carte Abendessen eingeladen. Danke dafür. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchgehend sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Damen, die uns zu den Tischen geführt haben (Maria und vom Rest wissen wir die Namen nicht) sind sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Die Zimmer sind leider keine 5 Sterne Zimmer, aber trotzdem schön. Der Kinderpool ist nicht allzu kindergerecht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Ich hätte hirr jetzt eher 4.5 Punkte gegenen, da unser erstes Zimmer gar nicht schön und sauber war. Wir habrn dann mit Elena und ihrem Vorgesetzten gesprochen und es gab dann ein neues Zimmer, dass dieses mal gut war. Es ist nicht luxuriös eingerichtet oder so wie wir es von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels kennen, aber es war ok.
Das Essen ist immer frisch und sehr lecker. Durch die Coronazeit gab es bedientes Buffet
Die Lage ist top, da man schnell in Rethymno ist und der Strand ist traumhaft schön.
