Hotelanlage, Strand und auch Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt am Strand und 20 Minuten Busfahrt vom Zentrum von Rethymno entfernt.
Frühstück und Mittagessen war sehr gut - Auswahl an Speisen war angemessen. Das Abendessen im Buffet Restaurant war in Ordnung. Jedoch war die Auswahl eher klein und die Speisen waren nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Zudem waren die Themenabende nicht sehr ausgeprägt.
Service an der Reception (Check-in, Auskünfte etc.) war sehr gut. Im Restaurant war der Service grundsätzlich auch gut. Leider gingen ab und zu Bestellungen vergessen und das abräumen der Teller dauerte lange.
