Das Zimmer ist viel zu klein für uns gewesen. Ich dachte wir werden separate 2 Zimmer haben. Leider hat man uns nicht entgegen gekommen und nicht mal gegen Bezahlung das Zimmer geändert.

Kein Kühlschrank mit Getränke aufgefüllt. Wir haben selbst gekauft und getragen, damit man in der Nacht etwas zum trinken hat. .
Ist ok. Nur das Zimmer wollte man uns nicht mal gegen Bezahlung ändern.

Dear Marina, First of all, thank you for posting this review shortly after your recent stay with us, and sharing with us your feedback. We are happy to read that you have enjoyed your vacations, our wide sandy beach and the dining experience. Nevertheless, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused regarding the points that you are focusing on your review (room change and mini bar service). I would like to inform you that we take your comments under careful consideration and we want you to know that our goal is the constant improvement on the points that each guest mentions. Nevertheless, we were disappointed to read that we did not exceed your expectations, due to the COVID-19 measures we took following WHO, EU and Greek state’s guidelines aiming at containing the spread of the coronavirus. We fully understand that especially this year, after a long period of lockdown and travel restrictions, carefree holidays were most important than before. However, our top priority was the health and safety of our dear guests, colleagues and associates. Therefore, under these unprecedented circumstances we all experienced this summer, we had to temporarily adjust our operational procedures and product, thus creating a safe for all but a relaxing holiday environment for our esteemed guests, an altogether different format though from the normal, yet so necessary. It goes without saying that when vaccinations start and we all get back to our normal lives, we will reinstate all our services and operations to the usual high standard offerings you know Grecotel is so well known for.
